After 18 years of dedicated leadership, we announce the retirement of Hamish Mitchell, President & Chief Executive Officer of Chem Arrow Corporation, effective October 15, 2025.
Hamish began his career in the metalworking fluid industry in 1989 as the Vice President of International Sales for an Ohio-based metalworking fluids manufacturer.
He accepted the position of President and CEO of Chem Arrow Corporation, located in Irwindale, California in 2007. During his tenure, Hamish guided Chem Arrow through significant growth and innovation in the metalworking fluid industry, strengthening the organization’s commitment to quality, safety, and customer partnerships.
This success led to the acquisition of Chem Arrow Corporation by Motul, headquartered in Paris, France, in October 2024. Hamish will continue to serve on the board of directors for Chem Arrow Corporation.

The position of President & Chief Executive Officer for Chem Arrow Corporation will be filled by Stephane Bringues, the Chief Executive Officer of MotulTech.
