In these unprecedented times it is likely you may need to prepare for shutdown with very little notice. Chem Arrow Europe have put together some helpful tips to ensure your machine fluid remains in the best condition possible.
Step 1.
Clear/blow all swarf off the machine table and from inside the machine.
Step 2.
Ensure your ArrowCool product in each machine is left at the upper end of the recommended concentration level.
Step 3.
Remove any tramp oil from the surface of the tank.
Step 4.
Remove any debris and excessive swarf from the tank.
Step 5.
Coat all bare steel surfaces with a recognised corrosion preventative.
Step 6.
Leave the machine doors open in order for air to circulate freely.
Step 7.
On your return check the concentration and turn on the pumps to circulate the fluid.
